Built in the early 1800s, this restored mill provides a unique location for your next group outing or teambuilding activity.
Bost Grist Mill was the source of flour and cornmeal for southern Cabarrus County residents. On the National Register of Historic Places, the site showcases original milling equipment and artifacts. Groups of all ages will enjoy the antiques and watching corn being ground into cornmeal and grits. Guests will also learn about the history of the Bost Grist Mill, cultural activities of the past, the importance of corn, and how the grist mill played an important role in the communities it served.
