WHO: 17 local chefs and countless hungry diners!
WHAT: Brand new burger creations are available for a limited time at 17 local restaurants! Devour, deliberate, and vote for your favorite! Mouthwatering descriptions for all burgers are below.
WHEN: March 1-31. The “Most Popular Burger” will be announced on April 1!

WHY: This friendly, bragging-rights competition showcases the culinary creativity of Cabarrus County’s chefs and gives diners exciting new dishes to sample!
Smoke and Spice – 2 Gals Kitchen
Juicy, lean beef patty with house-smoked brisket, caramelized onions, cowboy candy from Green Leaf Farms, melted cheddar cheese, and house-made BBQ sauce on a toasted brioche bun.
The Steph Curry Burger – 73 & Main
Triple patty (three 3-ounce patties consisting of fresh round sirloin, ribeye, and tenderloin), triple cheese (American, pepper jack and smoked gouda), triple bacon, triple sauces (sriracha mayo, BBQ sauce, and firecracker sauce), triple condiments served with triple spiced fries.

An 8-ounce patty, Chophouse seasoning, homemade pimento cheese, sautéed onions, mayonnaise and mustard, lettuce, and tomato on a Brioche bun.
La Frita Cubana – Havana Carolina Restaurant & Bar
Seasoned ground beef and chorizo patty grilled with onions and topped with tomatoes, lettuce, shoestring potatoes, smoked bacon, and a fried egg.

A third-pound burger, tomato bacon jam, cheddar and provolone, crispy onions, smoked jalapeños, and garlic aioli.
The Thunderlicious Pizza Burger – Iron Thunder Saloon & Grill

An 8-ounce Steakburger with The Garden Grille’s signature coffee spiced rub, grilled to your liking and topped with Applewood bacon that has been coated in Cheerwine BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and more signature Cheerwine sauce, served on a warm pretzel bun.

Smoked for 30 minutes, made with Certified Angus Beef and blended with a little Brisket fat, then topped with maple bacon jam, sharp American, onion straws, lettuce and tomato.
The NOTORIOUS B.L.T. Burger – The Speedway Club at Charlotte Motor Speedway
Lightly toasted brioche-style bun, a special blend ground sirloin patty stuffed with tomato basil cheddar, topped with a pickled jalapeño B.L.T. slaw (shredded lettuce, pork belly and pickled jalapeños tossed in a creamy remoulade sauce). Finished with a fried green tomato and bacon jam on the bottom bun.
