On arrival, you will be greeted at airport baggage claim and shuttled to the Sleep Inn hotel by Rose Chauffeured Transportation. There will be plenty of time to check into the hotel and drop off bags before the welcome reception in the lobby. The Sleep Inn reception begins at 2:30 p.m.
Following the reception, the group will tour the Embassy Suites Resort and listen to a short presentation at the Rocky River Golf Course.
The evening will end at the Great Wolf Lodge for a reception, tour, and dinner.
Get a head start on the day with breakfast, served in the lobby of the hotel starting at 6:30 a.m. At 8:00 a.m., you will depart the hotel. Breakfast to go is available.
Your first stop of the day will be at Hendrick Motorsports to see the race shops of Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Kasey Kahne.
Then you’ll head over to the new zMAX Dragway for a Doug Foley driving experience. Next, visit Roush Racing and see the team home for Carl Edwards, Greg Biffle and other Roush drivers.
You’ll tour the new headquarters and studio of MRN Radio next to see the process of producing the play-by-play coverage of all the action.
After all the race excitement, settle down at Rocky River Vineyard for a delicious lunch, tour, and wine tasting.
Post lunch, you’ll visit the Sam Bass Gallery to see the work of the official artist of NASCAR, Sam Bass.
The next and last stop of the day will be Rock Bottom Brewery, where you’ll enjoy a scrumptious dinner, hosted by Visit Charlotte.

Experience a private tour of PIT Instruction & Training, a pit crew training facility. Get an insiders look at how a championship pit crew functions and choreographs their speedy pit stops. Live pit demonstration will occur. You’ll even be able to handle the equipment and ask the crewmembers questions.
Next, eat lunch and enjoy an exhilarating afternoon at the U.S. National Whitewater Center. Each person will get to experience the thrill of zip lining and rafting.
Be sure to bring quick drying sports top/shorts, tennis shoes that can get wet or water shoes/sports sandals with ankle strap, and eyeglasses strap if needed. Wear these clothes for rafting or bring a bathing suit--shorts are recommended. Towel, wetsuit, life jacket, helmet are provided. There are locker rooms to dry off and change clothes before and after activities.
The excitement doesn’t stop at your next stop, Dave & Busters, where you can eat, drink, and play at this adult arcade. Once everyone has run out of tokens, there will even be time for shopping at Concord Mills mall.
This morning, breakfast will served in the lobby of the hotel from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m.
You’ll begin the day with a morning presentation at hotel by Blue Strada Tours.
Head to Kannapolis, NC, Dale Earnhardt’s hometown. You’ll visit various points of interest and see the park and statue dedicated to Dale. See how the Earnhardt family's lives are imprinted on these streets.
After the nostalgic visit, you’ll tour the Curb Motorsports Museum where you will see the car and trophy from Dale's very first Winston Cup championship!
To prepare you for the race, lunch will be at Fatz Café.
Don’t leave your seat or your suite. Get ready for the thrills of the XXth Coca-Cola 600 from your speedway suite at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Dress is business casual. No jeans. Men in collared shirts and closed toed shoes for pit tours. No tank tops or short shorts. For women, a sweater is preferable.
On the last day, the shuttle will leave for Charlotte Douglas International Airport at 7:30 a.m. While we’d love for you to stay, we don’t want you to miss your flight. Please be on time.
